What a great find! Its a fun place with great food. I got the chicken and waffles and she got the rotisserie chicken tortilla soup. Amazing flavors. They had a bunch of unique features as well - a salsa bar and their sodas were something Ive never seen. The Stubborn drinks were EPIC! The Vanilla Agave and the Pineapple Cream were so good we will probably come back just for that. Excellent.

Best breakfast taco that I have had from a takeout place!!! Fresh tortillas, refried beans with a homemade flavor, eggs, potatoes, nice fresh cooked piece of bacon (could have been a little crispier, but still cooked completely)!!! Want a great taco, go here!!! The food is always cooked fresh & delicious! And best of all...It wasn’t covered in cilantro or raw onions

Our waitress, Jerida, was a taco whisperer, guiding us through a menu that felt like a flavor adventure. We kicked things off with chips and queso that could make even the most loyal cheese lover swoon. Then we tackled some serious taco giants: The King was a meat-lover's dream, while the Hippie brought a refreshing crunch that felt like a garden party in your mouth. Sweet Caroline had just the right amount of sweetness, and Good Golly Miss Holly? Let’s just say it was a flavor bomb that left us smiling. The Dr Pepper Cowboy was a zesty twist that packed a punch you didn't see coming. With portions this generous, you’ll definitely leave satisfied—and maybe even with a taco to-go. Forget Torchy’s; Fuego Tacos is where it’s at!

I get the Mexican Cob Salad and it has so much stuff in it. I like the cilantro dressing. Very good.

Super filling, super fun tacos. I loved the magic mushroom. Good soda choices too. Service when I went was slow but it's okay bc I wasn't in a huge rush. Would come again.

Great food and great service! So glad they fry their seafood separately from their other meat products to avoid cross-contamination. Definitely will be our go-to food stop whenever driving to Austin. Tried all three of the seafood tacos and the only vegetable taco and they all tasted awesome. Cooked well, just the right amount of flavor and seasoning, good portion size for the price, and they were smart with the type of tortilla chosen for each taco. Only thing I wish is they had more parking, we had to park across the street and walk over because it was so busy. Please open a location in DFW!

We are from over 4 hours away, and my daughter was having her wedding at a venue in the Waco area. We did not know who to use, so I chanced the risk of using this place just by reading the reviews. It was definitely a risk worth taking. The communication with the catering manager was great, they arrived on time, the food (we did like a fajita buffet/bar with all the trimmings) was delicious, the servers we great and very professional. They cleaned up their area very well and left over food was boxed up for us. There is not one negative thought I have for them. Would definitely use/recommend them again!

Hands down my favorite burrito place to go to! We crave these all the time. Day or night. Helps when I’m hungry and can grab something after work around 11pm other than fast food chains. Tortillas are always hot and yummy! Queso even better! Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service has always been so great! I decided to do a catering order this morning for a staff meeting and Fuego’s did not disappoint.
